Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and delivery postcode. Approved accounts with a qualifying monthly spend may be eligible for free standard delivery — speak to your account manager for details.
We ship to approved trade accounts in the European Union and selected international markets. International freight is quoted individually based on destination, order volume, and Incoterms agreed with the buyer. Please contact your account manager or submit an enquiry for a freight quote.
A tracking number and carrier details are provided by email upon despatch for all parcel and pallet orders. Tracking can be followed directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received despatch confirmation within the quoted timeframe, please contact your account manager.
Deliveries must be made to the registered or verified business address associated with your trade account. Changes to delivery address must be requested in writing to your account manager prior to order despatch.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card and attempt re-delivery or hold the parcel at a local depot for collection. Digital Daily Deals is not responsible for additional carrier charges incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts due to the recipient being unavailable.
Digital Daily Deals operates a straightforward returns process for approved trade account holders. All returns must be authorised in advance by your account manager. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the buyer’s cost.
If goods are received in a non-functioning or damaged condition, you must notify your account manager within 48 hours of delivery. Upon notification, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement unit or credit note, at our discretion, within 5 working days.
To raise a DOA claim, please provide: your order number, a description of the fault, and photographic evidence of the defect and original packaging.
For goods that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact your account manager to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Goods must be:
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a replacement unit or credit note within 5 working days.
All products sold by Digital Daily Deals carry the full manufacturer warranty. For faults arising after 30 days of delivery, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer’s warranty service. Your account manager can assist with manufacturer contact details.
We do not accept returns of non-faulty goods unless agreed in writing with your account manager prior to return. Where a non-faulty return is agreed, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the invoice value may apply, and return postage costs are borne by the buyer.
For DOA and in-warranty returns, Digital Daily Deals will arrange and cover the cost of collection. For all other returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
“Company” means Digital Daily Deals Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Kimberley, Horton Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, England, TW19 6BQ.
“Buyer” means the approved trade account holder placing an order.
“Goods” means the products supplied by the Company as described in the order confirmation.
All accounts are subject to application and approval. The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any trade account at its discretion. Trade accounts are available to UK-registered businesses only. Orders may not be placed for personal or domestic use.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. An order is not accepted until the Company issues a written order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate. The Company reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the price stated in the order confirmation.
Standard payment terms are pro-forma (payment in advance) unless the Buyer has been approved for a credit account. Approved credit accounts are payable within 30 days of invoice date. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Title to the Goods remains with the Company until payment in full has been received. Until title passes, the Buyer shall hold the Goods as bailee and shall not sell, encumber, or otherwise deal with the Goods without the Company’s written consent.
Delivery dates quoted are estimates only. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay in delivery. The Company’s liability for non-delivery is limited to re-supply of the Goods or a credit note for the value of the undelivered Goods.
Returns are subject to the Company’s Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. All Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty. The Company provides no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to the Buyer shall not exceed the invoice value of the Goods in respect of which the claim arises. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of business opportunity.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, war, industrial action, or failure of third-party suppliers.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be made available on the Company’s website. Continued use of trade account facilities constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
